    Quick correction : Snoke only affect enemy units, so I think he is great in that Palpatine deck, my mistake.

    Thank you for reviewing my list I hope you are wrong about inquisitor!
    @lordfreddy1921 thank you for your help and I have changed up the list significantly with your guys advice, I like reckless gunslinger because it is a great resource card that I can play later if I need one more damage. I have enough turn ones that I will not need to play it early. I did end up removing Jango but I’m still sad about it. I removed all the bounty cards as they were to slow. I was thinking the client would be a great side board card against Aggro and possibly main deck it if the meta in my LGS is aggro. I cut seventh sister as she seemed like the weakest 5 cost and I don’t have a lot of force synergy. I am keeping one keep fighting for that turn my opponent claims and I can sneak out a win but not sure if it is worth it as I have not played it out yet. I added force choke as it is good enough without a force unit but did not add throw as with out a force unit it has little effect. I have even less late game and I am not sure what to add probably raiders as I will be playing 6 costs but 8 seems like a lot for palp. Definitely running security complex for the extra hit in with one of my units.

      Thanks for submitting the deck, and thanks to @Thorrk_THT for reviewing some Inquisitor Blue decks! I also hope Thorrk is wrong about the viability of the deck lol. I trust his analysis, but I think GI has potential. Readying a unit every turn is a super powerful leader ability. It's only a matter of time before GI has the right collection of cards for a super powerful deck. I still think Blue is the way to go at this point. Opening with a 3/2 unit that enters ready is absurd. GI now has 6 of those in the deck. And throwing a shield on it w/ Security Complex means GI can take control of the board right from turn 1.
      I honestly think Boba is the only thing keeping GI out of the top tier of the meta. GI's units entering ready means they can snipe opposing aggro players' units before the aggro player can swing with them. And against control, GI is basically playing a bunch of Millenium Falcons and can push damage consistently, even from an empty board. The tempo style (along with the busted leader and Firespray) of Boba is the most difficult thing to keep up with, and unfortunately, some version of Boba is likely to be at the top of the meta for a while. I still believe in GI though. Looking forward to seeing how this meta develops!

    Thanks for including my deck, I completely agree with your take on 'young han discard/aggro' and am not sure myself if the gameplan is actually good enough at a competitive level. Sometimes I've been going discard early, and then overpowering the opponent with Poe/Wrecker/Attack Pod while they only top deck, so it can be flexible whether the discard is early game or mid-game.
    I think your suggestion on Desperate attack is spot on, more Hotshot blaster is better.
    I am just enjoying deck building with young han, the ability for units to cover two cost points gives so much flexibility to squeeze in more good stuff. And also gives a lot of flexibility in game.

    Thank you so much for covering my deck! I get what you mean about sitting on two seats, haha. It's something that can be hard to balance as the core of the deck came out of a toolbox build and the control portion of that toolbox has to make meta calls otherwise it doesn't work very well.
    This was my first go at the deck (have been playing Han Green more lately). Initially I had put in some new cards just to try them out, like Evazan as I was interested to see how he'd work with Surprise Strikes to threaten Boba, etc. In the end after some testing I ended up including more cards like Pershing to up the Blue count for Childsen which makes him more consistently a 7/6 (again - nice v. Boba) and to get some card draw as the deck can be thirsty for cards which is why you were seeing the Mining Guild TIEs in Boba Blue. I've also gone back and forth on 3 copies of The Client.
    The Gauntlet is good into Firespray as it can defeat it and still stick around without dying but it's potentially less good the less Boba there is. Seventh Fleet is good into Falcon in Gar as well. There are lots of card like these which threaten specific builds due to Gar's buff but these, and the removal suite, need to be suited for the decks you're expecting to play against.
    You may be right that in the end it's impossible to crack since the deck can end up working against itself. Still, it's fun to return to it and try to 'solve' that puzzle from time to time.
    Thank you again for taking the time to look at the build and discuss it!

      Yes I think this deck ever becomes a thing it will be as a counter to something meta, but at this point you are more looking to build a proactive strategy.

      Thanks for submitting a list!
      Yes I can see that, but the thing is early in the meta life cycle it's very hard to play control therefore hard control is usually not that popular not successful.

    Are you going to rank all the cards for Shadows of the Galaxy like you did with Spark of Rebellion?

    • @Thorrk_THT
      @Thorrk_THT  Před 26 dny

      No I won't, this would take too long and I don't think it would interest most people, also when I did my tier list for Spark of Rebellion tier list I had about 6 months of experience playing the game so I was quite confident in my ranking, while here I am not nearly as confident since I only started playing shadow of the galaxy like 2 weeks ago.
      I might do a top 10 best common/uncommon/rare and starter cards though.

  • @Tski8825
    @Tski8825 Před 26 dny

    Wouldn’t Timley and avenger clear 2 cards with the 2 triggers? So you wouldn’t get the ambush but you can clear 2 units

    • @Thorrk_THT
      @Thorrk_THT  Před 26 dny

      If there are 2 space units or more in play yes, but your don't really get to defeat anything with the ambush itself, just the 2 sac effect, if there is less than 2 space unit then no the ambush does nothing for you. So I would say in the vast majority of the case the ambush doesn't do much on avenger.
