Asalamu alekyum dear brothers and sisters. The first ten days of Dhul hijjah will commence next week on Monday, June 19th. The first day of Dhul Hijjah will be on Monday, June 19th. The blessed day of Arafah will commence on Tuesday, June 27th. Eid al Adha will commence on Wednesday, June 28th. Remember the night precedes the day in the Islamic calendar. So the first night of Dhul Hijjah will commence on Sunday, June 18th, at maghrib. If you plan on offering your Udhiya/Qurbani, make sure to clip your nails and cut your hair before sunset on Sunday, June 18th. May Allah allow us to reach the ten days of Dhul hijjah. May Allah give us the strength to perform many righteous deeds during these ten blessed days.
