    Ginger root best organic
    Tumeric organic
    Fo-ti
    Barley removes damp
    Simmer hours slow then add below simmer heat
    Green tea or white tea organic
    After into cup
    Lemon
    Lemon Cayenne tea if cold weather
    Or ginger Cayenne Lemon 🍋
    Cinnamon bark simmer hours best in afternoon for heart as tea or into coffee organic low acid .
    Blood sugar regulation so ok with food. Rinse gums. Ok into cooked rice.
