  • Many global institutions and governments use GDP as a measure of development and, frequently, of well-being even if the founder of the GDP measure said this was wrong.
Dr. De Neve explains the results of his research so far in what would be the economics of human well-being.
Professor De Neve obtained his PhD from the LSE and was a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard University. He has work experience at Harvard Business School, the European Commission, the United Nations and is now Visiting Professor of Economics and Political Science at INSEAD.
