Don't drop it without the heat guard on, I dropped mine onto a wooden floor my bed while changing the repellant pad & the plastic corner where you slide the repellent pads broke off, still works tho..... I can verify that it certainly works, bought it after getting Dengue Fever & haven't seen any in my room since using it.
emr10 has removable battery has ultrasonic for not only mosquito but also rodents and snakes as they claim, emr20 only has the pads for mosquito. both has usb charging but emr20 only has type-c and has no lcd for precision charging and charge status, emr20 doesnt have removable battery.
Very bad testing, so I say it doesn't work... If it really worked when the mosquitoes were on you, you should have turned the product on to show what happens, but you didn't... Instead, you STOPPED the camera and went to a different location pretending the mosquitoes might be following you.... What a joke... You're probably paid to sell the product.

no, its not audible unless its put close to the ear

No, It doesn't smell. At least I didn't notice any odour
