    Beautiful cards Kylie. I have seen the embossing technique (and used it) as Black Ice technique but I love the idea of sprinkling on the powder. Fabulous effect. Thanks for all your inspiring videos. Jacqui. UK My daughter lives In Melbourne so we do visit fairly regularly.

    I think using the feather would be great for a masculine card ... the little piece went on a walk about!!! LOVE the embossing technique ... never seen it before ... you should claim it Kylie!!! it looks like time travel

    Yes have been doing this with the embossing for many many years. It also looks great combining several different colours sprinkled on ie gold, silver & white, gorgeous!

    Merry Merlot is a great color. A favorite combo of mine is, Merry Merlot and Rocco Rose. I have never seen the embossing technique, love it! Thank you for sharing.

    Merry Merlot or Rich Razzleberry. So, I got it half right! Merry Merlot really is a good wine color. My daubers haven't been used yet, they arrived very shortly before our FOUR week long vacation, but I'm familiar with the edge sponging - love it.
    So you are actually using SALT? For me it's a first, then! The stamp set is beautiful, but do you REALLY fussy cut the leafy image?
    Gosh, it's been SO muggy hot yesterday (40 centigrades in the shade) in France and we're in for another such day. Cranky grand kids ...

      Hahahaha google Salt Bae - it's a chef who puts salt on his meat in a very funny way. I thought I would "salt bae" my embossing powder. But I ended up confusing lots of people with my reference.

    Love this card Kylie! My first guess was Rich Razzleberry. I did this technique some time ago, but with a background stamp. So long ago I don't remember where I saw it or who did it. Had forgotten about it, but will be doing it again soon.
