I don't know the custom of feeding babies in your country, but to my knowledge as a mother, when feeding my baby i would take the baby up and cradle it in my arms and fit him/her in a comfortable position and feed. That way baby and mom have that bond. Also, it helps in digestion. I've never seen you burp the baby after feeding. Maybe that part is cut out of the video. As others have said, you hardly gave one on one with Tit, by walking outside or lifting the baby up while inside. Its so sad though how Tit is being raised, without affection and bond. I pray that these actions are only for the videos and not normally practiced.
Another important thing to note, i do not see a place where you go and pass your body waste (toilet).

She should discipline her each time she plays in the water; evidently Mit would learn to stop playing in the water. The mother could be spending time with the baby instead of washing changing Mit's wet clothing so many times. Mit is a handful and her mom acts like she cannot tell Mit "No don't playing in the water." She should scolded Mit for being so naughty. Then, immediately take her back into the hut with Tit. If she disciplined Mit, she would began to behave and start listening.
