I'm so happy to see this video! When my family & I were walking to Desoto Falls we saw the campsites along the river and I've been dying to get back and camp there. It looks like a decent spot - I wonder how hard it is to get a river site...🤔 Great video- happy to see you back on the road!
It’s a nice little campground and there was a river site available when I was there. I don’t think everyone knows they back up to the river. I enjoyed the site I was in because of its proximity to both the river and the trailhead. Definitely a nice place to camp! Lots to see in the area.
nice video, I GOT bear spray, and a noise maker that the two halves pull apart, you clip it to your clothing when hiking and you pull the other end out to scare off whatever, they also have bells to clip on to make noise when walking , thanks again for your videos

the bear spray I got from amazon has a clip that can be clipped to a belt or something .
Mine came with a holster, but I think a clip would be better. In my bigger daypack it fits in the side pocket.
