How to Add a Google Search Bar Widget to Home Screen on iPhone (iOS 14.0)?

Is there any reason at all why the Google app wouldn’t be showing as a widget?? It’s not showing up in the list to use as a widget and the app and my device are both updated

You have to open the app first, it doesn't always show up as a widget after you install it.
