    Overview:
In this compelling and timely webinar, we explore the sources that give rise to the development of stereotypes, prejudice, biases, and discrimination against groups of people. We review how humans perceive each other and the biases that naturally result from this imperfect perception process. Next, we introduce you to Allport’s Contact Hypothesis as a simple and practical tool to reduce stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination within groups. Finally, we walk you through leader actions to apply each element of the Contact Hypothesis to set the context to reduce prejudice and discrimination within a team. We close the session with questions and answers.
