It's crazy how many of Fujimoto's assistants are setting the groundwork for future Jump.
This is a very obscure reference, but Fujimoto is basically the Paul Whiteman of manga. If you look it up, you'd find that Whiteman had many influential figures in American music history working for him at some point in time (think of folks like the Dorsey Brothers or Bing Crosby).

It's interesting but it missed out on the 100 lives concept, i thought he would get the skills and experience of all those slaves, kinda like in to your eternity but its just some random power up with no explanation of complexity

Please read Sensou Kyoushitsu. Its new and it's got 17 chapters right now. it's Similar to Centuria and its great. So underrated.
I'm so happy so many authors from Fujimoto are surpassing him in so many aspects while still keeping their own strong Identity and not reducing the flair Fujimoto had himself.
Fujimoto is a master dont get me wrong. I love all his work. Its just that he feels like Akira Toriyama to me. He made a revolutionary story with high quality, so that his assistants can surpass that level of quality through the mext generation of Shounen.

All stemmed from stuff like JJK or CSM. And in MANY ways they built upon the shoulders of these giants to reach even greater heights, the giants themselves couldnt have ever imagined would be possible.
And Centuria is another great addition to this list.
love a lot if these manga but ive never heard of the UU author having worked as an editor for any big manga or mentioning jjk or csm as inspirations

Centuria so far has been nothing but amazing, the characters , the world as well as the art are so well done. It's been in a long while since I've found a good dark fantasy based story like this( manga wise). I genuinely hope it doesn't get axed because has so much potential to be an amazing series.

Sufferents, I can guarantee you that this manga is getting an anime in the future. The art is too good to be let down like this. The story so far is excellent, the MC's power isn't crazy but reasonable, in a way that he doesn't out right use it like using a crutch to get by, which caught my eyes. The writing is heavily adopted by vinland saga. My only concern is what studio is bold enough to touch this special manga?
P.S. I wasted no time to burn through those chapters when I hear Vinland x Berserk. I have no shame😤

You should read sensou kyoushitsu (the bugle call) it's even better than centuria, it's the best ongoing manga.
