Do you guys rake and join the bricks then wash the bricks with a bucket and sponge? Also do you have labourers or do you just take in turns doing the labouring work?

What’s up with the cuts coming out of the internal towards the window? Do you not use smaller cuts, looks like a zip. Just curious from New Zealand we would do use a header (70mm) and then a backup cut. Cheers
