Bill Cipher, if he was in Hazbin Hotel, would either be a sinner who made a deal with Lucifer (Since we need a substitute for the AXOLOTL), or he was such a powerful demon that God had to seal him away into a different dimension.
We don’t know that God canonically exists in HH as a physical being in the first place, and making a deal with Lucifer wouldn’t do much (Bill is 100% more powerful than HH Lucifer at the moment)… if Bill was nerfed for some reason then it would make sense.
I don't think the new overlord fits. More like ancient, or first that later disappeared. Or a fallen angel or a demon or just an entity outside this world, that wasn't created by this world's god. Or just a god-like entity
have to say this is very disappointing you only showed like one clip of the end where they actually really reacted but they didn't react to time is dead or any of the other clips and speaking of those clips you didn't really show interesting ones
