Often shown after the "Candy Band" Trailer, and now the "Spotlights" in the dunes are finally complete in fantastic 4K 35mm scan! Just as I remember when seeing a film at my local "General Cinema" in Glendale, CA.
Shown at a General Cinema movie theater in front of Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas (Touchstone Pictures). The Walt Disney Company paid General Cinema to show their films in its movie theaters across Texas.
@@RQBtv Why so toxic? The Film-Tech people very likely do have the Carmike Cinemas Snipes in question. They are not some lone guy scanning films from eBay with hobo equipment set up in an apartment. Read the description in the 2 "His Honor, Homer Bell" scans on this channel for more insight into who's posting these scans here.
@@raidendigital1003 Not being "toxic", just saving FT the task of replying. I deal with a lot of misinformed and obsessed children/young adults on my own channel who think because I have one recording of a given TV network that I have their entire backlog. As such I can imagine how frustrating the repeated questioning must be, especially for people dealing in film snipes, as not many people can catalog/transfer them.
I really miss when "Feature Presentation" intros in movie theatres looked like this.
Yeah, It’s A Shame They Don’t Do Stuff Like This Anymore

I wish I had the chance to experience going to a GCC theater back when they were still around.
General Cinema. Lost in the sands of time.
Lol
Glorious 4K.
Definitely wish you'd upload the "Candy Band" policy trailer from the same timeframe.
Genuine chills seeing this one in 4K, somehow its still burned into my brain all these years later.
Finally! It’s been found! (In 4K that is.)
FINALLY! A 4k remastered version of the General Cinema "Searchlights" Feature Presentation indent!
