ugc ne 2 research paper publication ko non mandatory kar diya hai lekin abhi bhi universities chahti hai ki phd scholars paper publish kare. kyu ki isse university ki reputations bhadti hai or or phd admission ho sake.

I have also a deep interest in psychology ,but I have already completed my graduation in B.A programming, but I wanted to make my career in psychology , so is it possible if I done my graduation again from psychology ....And mam I work in Delhi police so currently it's not possible for me to attend regular college so can I opt to non attending college like IGNOU....Mam please clear my doubt I m really interested in psychology and wanted to make a career in this line...your little help will help me a lot...

For this you should also prepare for ugc net it will benefit for you to get in University

If u have 75% in 4yr Bachelor course then ur eligible.
