They have a whole factory where this is made and same food is supplied to all the vendors and they sell these at every station

This is great. Very clean, health and cheap. But just for context, let me tell you. In Mumbai, at Laxminagar, Link Road Goregaon West, this Muslim guy used to sell lunch and dinner - 2 hot chapatis, white rice, dal, 1 sabzi (everyday new item) and chicken curry (4 good pieces) for INR 50 only. If you didn't take chicken i.e. only veg thali it was INR 40. I took lunch n dinner take out for almost 2 years before the pandemic made him go out if business. That guy was literally helping the society not making money. Currently the shop is closed and now we have a new Metro station there (Pahari Goregaon). I live here. If you live in Laxminagar you will know that guy too. Absolute legend.

We have this Paratha alu in our Park circus station too🤤it's 3 for Rs10 and egg boil for 10. Though it is cheap but it is very tasty 😋

Offcourse cheap. There is no plate no bowl , no spoon. Next you will see food is served on paratha or roti. No paper, no plate and no bowl. The price will be even cheaper.Why you get such a cheaper price ? Ask this question ? Because West Bengal economy is very futile and rotten. Only food and blog industries are surviving nothing less nothing more.
