I mean, I'm happy for her, but I'm also confused with the situation.
it is call being an addict, weather it be booze drugs or food its all the same, for me anyway. This took a life time, it will take a lot 2 to change it, if I can. dont forget u will never be able to walk in my shoes

Congratulations!!! So for I have lost 30lbs. I am not going to lie, it is hard. You are not only working to change physically but also mentally and emotionally. I am drinking water. I cut out the junk food and I am exercising. I am trying to work on portion size. For so many years I have been eating large portions size and I having difficulty in that area. It's a slow process. People suggest counting calories but I find this process helps a little but not so much. Not every item the calories are listed when you go out to eat . When I do cook , I just don't have the time to be googling the calories. I want to lose this weight and keep it off this time.

One of my friends has got deep emotional problems with weight/food (she had cancer as a teenager, and food was her emotional support) She's done her absolute best over the years, I've seen her try so hard, and finally she's been approved and going ahead with gastric band surgery this year. As her friend I am petrified, but when I watch videos like this - whether it be trough diet and exercise or surgery - seeing the change in people is just incredible. To see my friend achieve what she wants to achieve, however she does it, will be an experience to behold. This video gives me so much to look forward to, the first time my friend gets in a swimming pool with me, goes shopping for clothes with me, looks forward to having photos taken with me ... it's no exaggeration it can transform someone inside out and I can't wait to see her turn into the beautiful butterfly I've always known she is

17 years ago I weighed 310 pounds and now I’m 135-145. I don’t allow myself to get over 145. I’m 5’8” and I’ve kept it off. The skin surgeries were AWESOME! Yes, it was painful, but I didn’t need my thighs or arms done, thankfully. I basically had a mommy makeover. I’ve since been diagnosed with three autoimmune diseases and I can only speculate that I may not have lived to my current age of 45 (46 in the summer). Losing weight is worth it, the skin surgery is worth it. 🥰
I love these types of videos that help me stay motivated to reach my goal. My biggest I ever been was a little over 230 pounds and I was just getting bigger and bigger, eating whatever I wanted when I wanted it. Then I realize my clothes weren’t fitting me then I decided to do something about it. Now I’m 194 and I lost 35 pounds. Not a lot of people see it as a way to stay healthy and be more confident to help others realize about healthier foods and portion control.
I’m so very proud of you. I too have lost a significant amount of weight at one point but I’m so unhealthy I can’t begin. I watched this and felt the pain I still see in your eyes. It truly has made a huge impact and I hope your self worth keeps improving because you seem beautiful inside and out already. Only better things.
