    Thanks Lindee, what should I uncheck so it won't load all my jpegs? It's loading all my fabrics, and pics and ect... it's really slowing down the program. Thanks so much for your input.

      Check that "Showing:" dropdown. Sounds like you have "all files" selected. Change it to All Embroidery files to see just embroidery designs.

    Can one create its own ESA fonts using hatch? Or is a other software required

      No. You can digitize the letters but you can't turn it into an ESA font. To do that, you need ES and the Font Creator Element (extra).

      I don't understand your question. "Download' to what? You can save and copy AI files to a USB drive (I don't call that uploading or downloading). As far as I know, there aren't any files that can't be copied to/from a USB stick/writable volume.
