OMG...those plugs...🤣😂 For clutch cover bolts I learned a trick a few years back, I'm sure you already know this but despite the difference in bolt lengths, they should all be sticking out the same amount before you start threading them in so if one is sticking out to far or another is bottoming out it's usually pretty obvious where they go. That is cool trick to organize though.

I am quite surprised at the compression (as standard for this bike), mainly as my almost 24 y/o ZX9r has 200psi per cylinder, and even some 125cc bikes have similar compression. Also the fact that the valve clearances are in spec too, is surprising, even though they do tend to stay in spec longer on modern bikes, but we know how this bike is ridden, it must have been done at some point kind of recently.
Chase when Chasing taps in sensitive areas like that. Throw some red grease or any thick grease in the taps channels. It will catch and hold all of the flakes

Quite tedious to clean a part like that to hold paint, Most people dont know trhey are a bit porous and thus hold grime. Takes a bit of extra time and soaking in brake clean to really get it paint-able.

It's a street bike, not a track bike. It would only need to pass state inspection which is required once a year for registration. To pass they only check lights/mirrors/brakes are working and your tires are decent but even then, they'll pass you. Also for turn signals, if they're not on the bike you can pass, but if they are on it they need to function to pass. This is because you can use hand signals. Also, this bikes condition could have been well after the ride in Colorado. If it could be used against him as you suggested, there's no way to prove it was in its current condition at that time. As Jake said, there's no way he could've done that firing on 3 cylinders.

A prosecutor could use these videos as catalogue of all of the defects of the bike. Just because a motorcycle passes a street inspection does not mean it is safe. A track however does a more stringent inspection, and the fact that this bike has passed a track tech inspection would help to refute any claims about this bike being unsafe. I didn’t know such a simple concept could be misunderstood, but here we are.

according to the manual, 142 is the low limit for compression. my 07 was at 190-195

It's not fool proof, especially with a forward chip ejection tap (most common), but it does a pretty decent job.
