To maintain healthy skin, here's what worked for me: In the morning, start by properly cleansing your face. Use mild gentle face wash only like I use riceberrry facewash of littleexttra and then apply moisturizer to your face. Riceberry has antioxidants which protects my skin from free radicals and thus prevents aging. Avoid overwashing your face. Only cleanse it in the morning and before bed. Ensure to moisturize your face throughout the day. Also, don't neglect sunscreen, even indoors. Dry skin exposed to the sun can lead to white patches on the skin. So you must prevent your skin to be dry and protect it from harsh exposure of sun.
The important thing I value about this rice berry face cleanser is its gentle nature. It thoroughly washes my face without stripping away essential moisture, resulting in my skin being clean and revitalised. Contrary to other cleansers that are harsh on dehydrated skin, riceberry face wash maintains a gentle balance that efficiently eliminates dirt and oil while keeping my skin hydrated.

Plz discuss about the good nd chemical free shampoo without sulfate contents
You can use multani miti mix with curd and 1 table spoon of Mustard oil and add a pinch of salt. It is a really good natural cleanser for hair. If it is not suitable for you then you can make shampoo with amka ritha shikakai just soak them in water and apply directly. If you can't do this just buy natural shampoo by checking its ingredients according to your hair type.
Honestly saying i had used the clean and clear and the ponds face wash both the face wash has effected my skin really bad 😞 and some other people whom I know they also used these two face wash and they said it has also effected there skin badly 😢😢😢

I'm using the himalya fresh start oil free facewash blueberry from the past 3 months in the starting it was perfect for my face no acne n all . But now after 3 months there are small bumps and active acne all over my cheeks and forehead i don't know what to do now

Glow and lovely wala jo face wash tha...i used that...and after using that i always ended up having dried skin....there were some dried white spots on my face....i used various moisturizes for moisturizing skin....but whenever i applied that face wash it turned my skin like it was dried....so then i immediately stopped the use of that face wash....and after that my skin wasnt dried at all....and today i am seeing this video..
