Herb rice with gravy 🍛.

Herb rice with gravy:
For gravy:
Oil
Green chilli
Onion
Tomato
Garlic
- Cook till they are caramelised.
- One’s it completely cool down transfer them in mixture jar with adding some chilli flakes and blend it.
- In same pan add oil and cook the gravy followed by salt and sugar, cook the gravy till oil gets separated.
- For herb rice :
Butter
Chilli flakes
Coriander
Cooked rice
Salt (as per taste)
Mix herbs
Assemble herb rice and gravy with your choice of sautéed veggies and enjoy ☺️.
