Biden and Kamala Harris are the Technocrats dream candidates. TECHNOCRACY is the destruction of the political system and Constitution. Nations will be lead by unelected leaders who decide Everything you do. The California governor has said that people who do not comply with what he orders will have their water and power cut off (smart meters). Unelected leaders are people like the Trilateral Commission, Jeffrey Bezos, George Sorros and Bill Gates.
Like President Clinton said: 80 percent of the decisions you will make are already decided for you before you take office.

Wayne Hasch one word, sanctions. America says the it loves the free market but when a sovereign country doesn’t except the American economic structure (monopolies) and focus on affordable housing, free healthcare and improved infrastructure. The United States slaps sanctions (this is against all free market ideology) on them while simultaneously working to coup the sovereign government. Take Venezuela as an example: Chevron and Exxon wants Venezuela’s oil (two of Americans biggest monopolies) the Venezuelans are fine with their oil company being a state enterprise but America is not and has even committed piracy to make the economy scream in an attempt to over throw the sovereign government of Venezuela. Now this has/is happening in Honduras, Brazil, Ecuador, Iran and I can go on. America supports dictator not democracy and if the people of these and other countries don’t like it well they can die or starve to death by the US sanctions, or the American supported terrorist like ISIL (Syria).

@Justin"outsourced slavery","economic imperialism" "economic colonialism". Nonsense Marxist terms. Have you noticed that in the last 30 years China has gone from being an economic failure to the second largest economy in the world. They aren't complaining about low wages. As for Venezuela, they are the exact opposite of China. It went from being one of the richest to becoming one of the poorest countries. Their oil was nationalized in the 1970's yet their people are starving because of socialism not because of Exxon Mobil.

We are living in an Oligarchy with elections, masquerading as a democracy. Monopolies need to be broken up NOW!! Republicans will never be reformed. Can corporate establishment Democrats be reformed? Highly questionable.

This is what occupy 2.0 needs to be. Libertarians and progressives allying to end the monopolization and reset our economy. All this racial and cultural turmoil will settle down if people have some financial security.

You pay a lot more than twice as much for hospitalization and drugs bro. The only money I pay for hospitalization here in Australia is if I want to watch TV. We can get medication anywhere up 2000 times cheaper as well, while any medication I receive in hospital is also free. But yes, you do get screwed. Fight corporate power.

The laws may still be around, but thanks to FDR the "constitution" isn't...so this
person is not worth listening to, and never has been...of course, since no one
in media, msm or alternative understands this, or if they do will not dare talk about it...
all discussion is essentially a waste of time.

I'm a huge fan of Thom Hartmann and I've read a couple of his books, but his fatal flaw in this discussion is that he still believes that the two political parties that created our current situation can be the ones to fix it. The *only* way real change will ever happen is if more third party candidates are elected to public office. If you want to end corporate monopolies you must first end the political monopoly that serves the corporate monopolies. There is no other way. None. Either vote third party or stop complaining - you're part of the problem.
