I remember an Interview with a F1 driver and a Rally driver where they were asked wich discipline is harder. The F1 driver said the he found rally more dificult, because you need to improvise all the time while you are taking the car to the limit. The rally driver said that he found F1 more dificult because you need to be consistent and always make perfect laps.
@@51KTM51Hurricane Kimi didn't fail bad but obviously it takes years to get to the same level as the pros. Rally drivers wouldn't do any better in F1. Different disciplines. The most difficult thing to master for track racers in rally is the driving from notes.
