- The Quran mentions the concept of 'rizq' (provisions). Is this just restricted to financial provisions, or more?
When it come to our rizq, is this just a matter of our destiny - i.e. it's completely out of our hands? Or do our own efforts play a part in this too?

Nouman Sahab. Thanks for good insight but I would like to inform that even if he takes any other stream apart from Medical or engineering his life will be wasted in Indian subcontinent(India Pakistan Bangladesh) because Indian subcontinent systems are corrupt to the core and thus inefficient. This thing restricts people to these few streams only else they will sleep hungry in Pakistan. Considering other countries in west ,as you mentioned, their system is far far better and efficient hence all get equal opportunity in different streams also . So let us guide these kids comprehensively . Pakistan mein reh kar zindagi tou zaaya hi hai for majority and there is nothing more important than efficient use of time in our lives.

Why create confusion and make it random. Why don’t you say result depends on our efforts , the more and better the efforts better will be results which you may perceive or you may not be able to perceive. Allah has created us with brains to make efforts and deliver results we fail Allah by outsourcing our work back to Allah by saying results are with Allah.
Shaytan makes accumulating wealth easy when you are willing to compromise your morals. I have a friend who owns a print, sign, and design shop, he's had the business for 11 years. He was and is committed to running a halal business by avoiding clients and orders having to do with drugs, alcohol, gay stuff, etc. He struggled for at least 8 of those years when he could have seriously laughed straight to the bank. The type of money those Haram orders would have brought in were HUGE (I worked with him so I know). Alhamdulillah recently the business has been incredibly successful. Imagine your revenue is a dripping faucet and one day you wake up and the faucet is going full force, Masha'Allah. He persevered and Allah the Most High granted him and his business barakah.
This story resonates to me since I have a print on demand side hustle on redbubble and I’m finding it hard to stick to halal designs while making some money. I don’t make designs for Christmas Halloween valentines or other stuff and I always think about what niche should I make my designs in, that is halal but also sells.

@@romanzemar5166 That's kind of a false equivalence, it's not the case that a unwavering commitment to Halal will yield monetary value, it can be the cherry on top.
I learnt this lesson the hard way for 32 years of my life I blamed God for my lack of results, but ultimately I was at fault. It was my lack of effort, effort in the wrong area.
some things ive noted in regard to wealth from the quran and sunnah:
1} man will not achieve anything except things he strives (puts effort in) for
2} allah gives wealth for people to help the more needy, so give more in charity
3} maintain family ties as this also increses rizq
4) be grateful. the highest form of gratitude is using what allah has given to the maximum potential. resourcefulness increases rizq
5) make astaghfar and true repentance as this also open up more rizq
6) travel into fields not yet explored, as the quran ayah NAK mentioned, creativity/innovation is half of all business anyway
7) dawah (my own interpretation) the other half of business is selling, and dawah is us selling islaam. become good in sales for more rizq

I was offered the wealth of the worlds to shake my faith .. but i knew no one can snatch my "rizq" from me what is already written so i closed my mind to the noise of the world and focused on my clean heart for Allah to guide me on the path chosen for me. They choose to be poor here so they can be rich there.

If people truly understood the weight of the responsibility of wealth, then everyone would pray to be poor. It’s great to be wealthy and successful but understand that too comes with a price. The price being that you have to ensure you distribute the wealth according to Zakat laws and ensure those in your circle and wider community are supported to a greater degree. We assume we will become wealthy, put our feet up, buy rolexes and cars and go on holidays. But remember we will be questioned about this on the Day of Judgement. How we used our wealth and whether we helped others with it. So before you feel regret about not being rich, or before striving to become rich, ask yourself if you are ready for the responsibility of money and the huge social task it will bring. If you are not then be thankful to Allah for not having as much because that’s one less line of questioning you will have to face on the Day of Judgement.
This is the most sincere truth about money brother, jazakallah
Most of us are blind all we need is money, we dont even thank Allah for good health, most people travel abroad just to treat health issues and a lot of the wealth they hv will hv to be spent on seeking good health, ALHAMDULILLAH

❤ Alhamdulillah for this. I can't ever save money. If I have an extra, someone gets sick and it gets spent for buying medicine. I never get to save because someone else has more need of it..that sort of stuff. But when I need the rizq, it is easy for me to get a loan which I am able to pay by the will of ALLAH. So I guess it is also about the qadr I have chosen and ALLAH AWJ has written for me. 😍 Alhamdulillah

I can't be more grateful for this! I've doubted myself for a long time because I struggled with this one concept from the dunya of being employed. This is not an excuse to go for the toxic self-empowerment business on a 'like a queen or god' level, this is genuinely a breakthrough for me because I can finally put my experience of job-hopping into use.
To create healthy work environments where people feel comfortable being themselves and become healthy, in a holistic way. And the most beautiful thing about coming across this video is that I've been praying for a sign if my business idea would be good for me.

Pretty much the only thing that concerns the youth and there parents.. wealth. And it shows weak Iman in Allah where by you are not willing to let go of worldly pleasures for a greater purpose.
I don't think it is that way.
It is just that in our world today u need money to have a roof over your head, money for clothes on ur back, money for food on the table : that is why talking about wealth is important as long as halal means and greed is the Only thing which is a problem.😮

No doubt financial strength necessarily for everything, everyone is materialistic in this era even me too. Accept it.

What i think is that Rizk is related to Sadaqah, Zakat, your fairness, honesty. Allah will never let you down with rizk if you give others. Thats the criteria of rizk. Tried and tested
