Watch Episode 63 👉 • Magnificent Century Ep...
Sultana Hürrem walks towards the power.
Will Nigar confess to Sultana Hatice that she has an affair with İbrahim? What lesson will Sultan Suleiman teach to Prince Mustafa as he is sending him to the sanjak? Will Hatice believe Hürrem's unexpected witness? Will Mahidevran allow Gülfem to set the accounts with her? The Magnificent Century is on Star tonight with it's season finale which many questions will be answered.
Sultana Hatice catches Nigar as she is about to escape. Hatice asks her what happened between İbrahim and her. Nigar denies her affair with İbrahim. She tells her that the baby she carries is Nasuh Efendi's. Hatice can't decide what to believe. She decides to face with Hürrem.
Sultan Suleiman teaches a heavy lesson to Prince Mustafa who prepares going to sanjak. Prince Mustafa is sent off with a glorious farewell.
İbrahim reaches to The Master after a violent conflict. However, he sees someone he has never expected in front him.
At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

But the sultan was the stupid one. Ottoman Empire died with mustafa . Hurum was never sincere to sultan, or empire. Only to herself and her children. She actually hated ottomans and never accepted her situation, and that is understandable. This is just a drama. Historically people wrrite sad poetry when mustafa died and blamed Hurum.

@@noon9140 At first all women rebelled. They were forced out of their homes and families to be sultan's sexual toys. But Hürrem loved her husband. I am not basing her on the series, but actual historic evidence. She stayed in harem, even after she married Suleiman officially. She rose in ranks to exalted status and bore him 6 children. These are not the actions of a hateful woman,. but rather one who adapted and fell in love. You have to understand she was very young when she came to court, around 16, so she was very impressionable. Not only was she favorite wife of Suleiman, but also the first slave who got to that status. They wrote passionate letters to each other while apart . I don't think her love was acted in any way, because a woman does not bare 6 children to a man she despises. I absolutely disagree, that she never accepted her situation, in fact, I believe she adapted very well and even influenced her own future and that of her children. She was allowed to have more than 1 son as well. The woman clearly took the worst situation and fate in to her own hands and lived good life with Suleiman.

@@MagMaybe google the execution of mustafa. Historians clearly blame Hurum and Rustom pasta . As for sultan He was responsible for the fall of this empire as a result of this woman. Love is not always a good thing. Europeans always thought of hurrum as their own among the ottomans. Yes she stayed and settled, what other choice she had, but she was only looking out for herself. In the end I blame the blinded incompetent sultan. He ruined everything for ottomans for the years to come . A failure.

To be fair, I think Suleiman was more inclined to believe it considering the debt troubles that Mahidevran was incurring coupled with her ego that she wasn't afraid to flex after she took charge. She was already making enemies of almost everyone around her, so clearly she was desperate to regain control over the situation. So it's not entirely unreasonable to think that she would do something like this if she thought she could get away with it, hence the loud proclamation from the assassin.

I will said it as politely as possible. Once again this in my only opinion ( it concerned both history and in the show).
    1) I have change my mind on Mahidevran ( even if like Hurrem I don't consider her as evil to the start , the evils are Suleiman, Ibrahim, Rustem, etc) she is not stupid even if she can brought a lot of problem on herself, and she was smart enough to give up her love to Suleiman and realize that he is the true danger to her son( even Hurrem couldn't give up her love to Suleiman and even if she had a lot of doubt that Suleiman would kill one of her son, she stay loyal to him that's why she couldn't protect all her children even if she was very smart). Mahidevran make a lot of problem on herself, and couldn't rule the harem even if she had a golden opportunity to have more power. But now I understand, after the horrible thing that Suleiman did to her, she was in vengeance and was not able to rule for this time because of that... Suleiman know that and seize this opportunity to threw her ( I think that even to the start he didn't like her, he only want the first opportunity to give up on her because he know that she would kill him if she had doubt that one day he will kill Mustafa unlike Hurrem). And then again he try to appear to the "nice" guy... I understand better who Ibrahim is holding ( yes I remember the lie he told to Hurrem when he said "I never kill an innocent men")
    2) I love that the show justify abuse and insult make by Sultan to the concubine ( I will talk about it again when we will have the introduction of Turhan in Kosem). In history Suleiman really insult Mahidevran to the face of the world and makes her look as an idiot ( which she was not just like Hurrem, I think that they were very smart but in their own ways ) by create a very good title to Hurrem, free her and let her rule the harem and give nothing to Mahidevran as compensation. I can understand that Suleiman prefer Hurrem give her a better salary but I disaprove that ( even if I think that he wait that Mahidevran leaft the capitale and go with Mustafa but it still an insult for me). But this show try to make Suleiman more "nice" by giving a lot of chance of Mahidevran, but like she make a lot bad decisions he throw her....
But I don't blame Hurrem on this both in the history and show. She had to do everything to allow her children to survive ( a lot of us would do the same if we were in her place). Her carreer remaing impressing.

Even here, she got caught and just expected Ibrahim to fix it. "Hurrem did it again, help me, prevent it". The shocked look on her face when he said no. She wanted to do what she wanted without consequences. Doesn't work that way girl. Not for long anyways.

@@JJ-bo6nc I see!! Concubines are not human?! Everyone has blood ,flesh and Emotions. Only People who need power doesn't care about other's emotion as like Hurrem.. Because of her understanding as Concubine she tolerates her son's death planned by Hurrem, Your so called (witch) queen!! Who changed the Fate of Mustafa who is the legal heir for throne?? If you have brain u wud have understand the cunning Hurrem
