武壇八極拳之忠義拳「上步劈捶-弓步切掌」WuTan Bajiquan- ZhongYiQuan “ShangBuPiChuei - GongBu ChieZhang”

Zhong Yi Quan忠義拳（又稱精忠拳）in my opinion is one of the richest form material in our system, created in 1986 by a collaborative effort between 6 grandmasters of the era. This simple form contains versatile practical applications for the military, as well as training methods to enter Bajiquan system.
對我個人而言，「忠義拳」是武壇系統最被輕忽的一套拳。1986年有六位當代的大師共同編創。這看似簡單的拳法充滿著六種拳法實用的用法與有系統練法。是套好拳！

I know I've said this before regarding other footage of yours, but the whole body integration here is amazing. This is not only what gives gives rise to so many versatile applications,but teaches the practitioner the feeling so central to self correction when learning new techniques or movement from other systems.
