- Hi guys! Today I'm very excited to unbox a mystery package from DonnaASMR, one of my oldest and best ASMR friends! We'd talked about doing a collab for a long time, and we finally decided to exchange boxes full of treats and toys that we each thought the other would enjoy! She sent me a TON of awesome stuff, so I'm treating you guys to an extra-long whispered unboxing video :)

My videos are designed to trigger a relaxing feeling known as ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response). ASMR is a particular sensation that some people experience when they hear quiet sounds like whispering and soft speaking, or watch certain actions like slow hand motions. ASMR is often described as a pleasant tingling on the head and neck, accompanied by a feeling of deep calm and mild euphoria. I know it was mostly just a short aside, but I found it heartening to hear about your type 1 diabetes. I've had type 1 for over half of my life now and it's rare to hear anyone talk about it in any capacity beyond getting it confused with type 2. Your mentioning of it in the video helped me feel less alone with the condition.

I really appreciate hearing this, thank you! I don't talk about my diabetes on the channel much, because it doesn't often seem relevant, I guess. But I never thought about the fact that others with Type 1 would like to hear me mention it. And I know what you mean, too; whenever I learn about a celebrity or somebody with Type 1, I feel an immediate connection. Like the shared struggle brings us all together in a nebulous way. It's very easy to start feeling isolated with the condition, because for the most part it's a pretty "hidden" kind of illness, if you're managing it properly, but it's important to remember that we're not alone. Stay strong with your type 1 diabetes struggle my friend , u are honestly one of the best asmr creators . My sister has type 1 and she's only 7 , she is coping fine and hopefully u are too. Keep up the great work :)
and btw if the snacks are below a certain amount of carbohydrates , can't u take them as a snack when ur sugars are low??

Your sister has a difficult life ahead, but with discipline and support, she can be just as happy and healthy as anyone else :D And yes, I could keep the snacks around for a quick sugar bump if I'm hypoglycemic, but I have other things I use for that, and I would never get through all of these sweets at that rate so my gf's just been enjoying them!

We actually have those Ritter Sport biscuit things here in America in some places. I'm mainly seen them in Trader Joe's (a grocery store chain that does more organic stuff, kinda like Whole Foods but way less pricey) locations.
Yeah I realize in retrospect I've seen big versions of those at grocery stores here in Canada too! Though not so many flavours.
Thought i recognized the yellow label before you mentioned Germany. Great video as always, love your stuff.
Hey dude, great vid as always. Just thought I'd say since you said you hadn't seen anything like that Mewtwo keychain before, you can actually buy much larger versions of those with colour appropriate LEDs inside them (Purple for Mewtwo, green for Bulbasaur, etc) as desk lamps, they look awesome should you ever want a funky new desk lamp.

Your attention to detail is remarkable! To answer your question, I believe Europeans usually print dates in sequence, i.e. day-month-year (or reverse), rather than the weird American convention of month-day-year. In which case, the Raffaello expires on September 5th, 2017. Phew, safe!

I don't have many eating videos, but I do have a beer tasting video, and I plan to do another one soon. And a cooking video is a good idea, never done one of those before. Maybe trying to cook something from Skyrim...
