@@SeeYouUpTheRoad not rare actually. I have a 2021 TCR disc. I just want to cut the steerer 25mm without having to remove brake hose, bar tape, hood...etc. Just want to cut it while steerer tube still inside head tube.
@@openwheelracing88 ahhh yes the completely built bike dilemma!! I have had bikes shipped to me completely assembled like you are saying with the front brake line already attached, the brake system already bled and operating properly, and all the other associated things such as bar tape and so on. But yet, they did not have the steerer tube cut to the 3 cm max limitation. It was a huge pain in the ass to cut the fork while already installed. The next time one of those bikes comes through (which I hope is never 😂 ) I will definitely shoot a video with you in mind. This is another reason why fully integrated cockpits are a huge paint. Thank you so much for your comment and thank you so much for watching.
Please do one with fork still installed.

@@SeeYouUpTheRoad love your videos they are super informative, and not at all marketing focused. It is refreshing, technical and useful.
That deburring tool is genius. I'm not sure if any bike companies make a specific tool for that job but if they do, it definitely costs 5x as much.
Ha ha Park Tool would be the one to charge 5X! 😂
Measure twice, cut once!
Ha ha! You “saw” me measure 20 times and once 😁
