You are at the top of my list of eating channels. I just love your calm demeanor. Very relaxing. I have one problem that I hope you can help me with. I live in the states. USA. New York. Long Island. I only speak English. So your subtitles help me a great deal. But a lot of times it goes of the screen so fast I Donny get a chance to read it. Is there any way to slow it down some ? I do have eye site issues. I can’t read out of my right because I have macular degeneration. I’ve had laser in both eyes. I’m not blind but reading is my problem. Can you try to help me out with this ? I sure hope so Dorothy
if you click the 3 dots under the bottom right side of the video next to "save" there is an option that says transcript. It'll pull up the subtitles on a box to the right! That could help!

I wish they sold Rothy glass noodles here in US. Hmart don’t carry super wide ones and Chinese grocer ones are weird... I had to boil them for super long time and they were thick, gooey, and chewy.
They have them on Amazon!
