I started meditation like 2 weeks ago on the recommendation of my doctor and its honestly the best! I feel so much more present and aware of myself and surroundings and not only that but it helps me stay focused on my work and helps me to tackle stress and other obstacles in my life :)

I walk everywhere and bike everywhere and it is truly the best. You get to be one with your surroundings and not just a human zombie going day by day. Another great habit I have is to laugh everyday!! Yes. Even if it's while watching a television show. Just to have this happy endorphins running through your body and keep you from feeling depressed or tired. Because I go to a performing arts school we always work on breathe and it can really change your perspective and make you open and aware. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yes I agree that walking helps you feel good. Especially on a nice sunny day. It feels good when the sunlight hits you. Going outside can make all the difference. I also meditate when I wake up and before I go to sleep. Great video!
I think what you talked about is like mindfulness. It's different than meditation but very effective in being in the moment! So not shutting off your mind but rather focusing it. Thank you for bringing attention to all these ideas!
That Earthmiles app sounds so good especially for people like myself who love to have other people not only keep them accountable but go on the journey with them! Nobody wants to be the friend that doesn't keep their word/fails!

I am in the process of changing my life right now, I am finding myself and my own happiness, changing my attitude towards everything like negativity, I am getting reed of people that bring poison into my life and don't give me any space to progress and move on towards bigger things! This video literally made me feel good, the way you speak and explain things...i can feel the kindness in you. And those five tips are amazing and so simple that we tend to forget about them through our everyday lifestyle, when they actually make the difference. i for example happen to talk a walk to my work, and i love it cause it makes me feel more connected and aware about my environment, the world surrounding me, my work and eventually to myself mostly. this week I was selected as my dept team lead at work. All of a sudden I start to see my "friends" are rude, annoyed and not wanting to do what they're supposed to do at work.. this really did hurt me but guess what, I'm going to exercise KINDNESS with them and won't let their negativity affect me.
