KIRILL LEBEDEV (KTO) INTERVIEW

BELIEF Moscow retailer opens a new pop-up space under Crimean Bridge in central Moscow where it unveils a show of renowned Russian street artist Kirill Lebedev (KTO), underway from July 17 to August 17.
The project continues collaboration with Moscow-based street art gallery NOTFOUND, where BELIEF temporarily moved from late March to mid-June due to renovations of its Moscow store in Leontievsky Lane. Kirill (KTO) took over the gallery space, which is located on the 16th floor of a residential complex with a panoramic view of the city.
For the new BELIEF pop-up, the artist created two canvases and a series of graphics - over 50 works from the period of 2019-2020. One can visit the space by appointment online and enjoy Kirill KTO trademark style: texts and questions written in colorful "dancing" letters, bizarre creatures and symbolic characters. To support the exhibition, BELIEF team released a capsule collection that includes 50 T-shirts, patches as well as a metal stencil paying artistic tribute to the store logo .
