My dad is in construction and heâs experienced the same. Thieves stole a trailer unattached with a lock and tools. Itâs extremely aggravating, knowing your working hard and someone takes advantage.

Love how they skated over the fact that the contractor got all his tools stolen aswell but they only cared about there stuff... Nice.
Right? They were really worried about that laminate and backsplash tile they got on sale though. I wouldnt sleep at night if the person I hired to work on my house got their tools stolen! That's their livelihood!
They must have reimbursed him, or at least the producers of the show did because obviously the project wouldnât have been finished without tools.

This is actually not the only time that Jeff left tools on the site and they were stolen. They reimbursed him last te so they would have here too.
Their other contractor Israel has had his tools stolen in the past, and Tarek and Christina fully replaced them, so I'm sure they did the same here.
The house looks beautiful after the renovation. Must say, I have cats, but my house does not smell at all. You just have to live clean!

This is what they call 'nose blind'. It's normal not to be able to smell the way your own house smells. Cats have very strong scent glands and rub them on everything. If you have a cat, your house smells like a cat.
It looks beautiful- I think they should put in secret cameras at each job site and not even tell the contractors keep moving them around cause some of these stealing jobs are just assholes looking to steal but a lot of times they are inside jobs or know someone on site

Cats don't pee on your carpet unless you've given them nowhere to pee. Literally they'll keep going to a litter box or find a box before peeing on carpet. This is pet hoarding.

I canât get over the prices. A house like that in that gross condition would go for maybe 170 in SD...in the city, not in the middle of nowhere. And Iâm talking with inflation prices included. A house for 400 will get you a brand new 3 bed 2 bath, unfinished basement in a new neighborhood.

unfortunately, that's how the double standards have always been. even in one episode, he said she went crazy a couple years ago (right around the time they divorced) and no one called him out on it. After watching these older flip or flop episodes..you can tell there relationship is natural..real and honest..better than Tarek and heather which looks fake and staged..between the constant " babes " back and forth and the endless " i love you" for the cameras ..so ridiculous..lol

Youâre on camera!â

Per me, I encourage weekly date night, monthly appreciation dinner and dancing, adopt a pair of some low-maintenance/needy pets, a joint massage after each flip, and nothing negative said to each other when the work day is over... or set a time, sarcasm must end on a positive, and a tally of jabs and who makes decisions so the work togetherness, frustrations, financial risks, others, normal life, etc doesn't make you pickers at one another... divided, you fail. What a team you've been. No flirting with others... flirt with one another. You got this... before it goes to far. Remember, that's your bride and you should express your adoration. And lady, that's your man, remember that he is... that's all. (Or end up alone and damaged-know what I'm saying. Too late for me. So do it for me.)
