In Nigeria, we have a traditional juice called zobo and it’s similar to the Mexican hibiscus tea recipe. We also have a rice milk beverage called kunun shinkafa (and other variations too with tiger nuts and such) and it’s similar to the horchata😄
Im pregnant and drinking plain water and sparkling water is so so boring even lemon water got boring after a while and I have to drink a lot of it. Thank you!!! Looks yummy. I will have to try the hibiscus one. I love horchatas!😋
Your way of elaborating each and every recipes of drink is so sweet 😍 And all of the drinks looks so amazing and refreshing And your Ice cubes representation is fabulous I will definitely try this out
I just watched this video! Wow! Love your energy! All of these look so refreshing and beautiful!!! 🙌looks perfect. I cant wait to make them all!!!Thank youuuu
Vibes 101 I am German/Peruvian married to Mexican. I lived in Mexico for 4 years and had my first-born there, so I carried Mexican life in me, but that’s as Mexican as it gets in me 😂
Green Healthy Cooking I’m Mexican and you seemed Mexican to me even tho I’ve never been to México couse I was born in US you seemed Mexican to me you just had the Mexican vibe in you idk
Okay this all look fantastic!!! I'm about to try some of them and I'm sure they'll be amazing. I just wanted to add that the horchata comes from Spain, Valencia specifically. Here we make it with tigernuts and it seems like the recipe comes from the ancient Egypt. I guess when the drink traveled to Mexico they changed the tigernuts for rice because it was more accessible there? Anyways, it has always been very confusing to me watching videos from the US or so how they think horchata is made out of rice so I decided to investigate and here is the answer!! However, rice horchata sounds amazing and I'm eager to try it. Thank you for all this ideas!!!
Hibiscus flower or better known as Jamaica is delicious and a everyday need at my place, second will be horchata (oatmeal is excellent too) and a personal favorite of mine Tamarindo😍😍😍!! You make me thirsty 🤗🤗Thank you 🌞👍
Plain water does get super boring. I've been hooked on carbonated water with orange slices lately! If it's infused for a few hours to overnight, it's even better!
Usually the bitterness comes from the white part of lemons. Never squeeze lemons too hard. Once the juice doesn't come out easily anymore, stop squeezing.
Michael Hall you don’t have to mention where everything stems from or even know it there might also happen this thing called great minds think alike and they get the same idea No matter what it doesn’t really matter in my opinion obviously it’s a great fact and people shouldn’t act like it’s their culture or so on if it is not but we can’t know everything or have been told something else
Many countries have similar drinks :) That's the beauty of sharing recipes online. We can all compare and try new recipes from all around the world. The rice drink recipe and the hibiscus tea recipe I shared are typical Mexican drinks served in every restaurant and every street food car. Obviously, other countries have similar delicious drinks.
I am trying to find drink recipes I can drink instead of alcohol!! I have seizures and I probably shouldn't drink alcohol, want something I can drink at cookouts or special occasions!! It woit be hard to kick alchohol out of my diet when I don't drink that often and when I do it's for special occasions or when we have people over !! I could live with out it and feel completely fine!!
I'm sorry, I don't understand your question. The instructions on how to make each drink is both in the video and on the blog post linked to in the description.
For good horchata you need to let the rice water and cinnamon for a minimum of 8 hours then put that in the blender then add everything else you did this very incorrectly
