I should imagine there will be a ghost or two in those old houses next to the beach. Wonderful country, unfortunately with such a horrible past with probably the most forgiving and resilient people in the world. Hope to return one day and stay much longer than I did on my old visa run days.

It is lovely mate, in land I love Kampot but it is a beautiful place on the coast is Kep.

Thank you Simon, it is very relaxing mate. Also a little worrying for the Cambodian’s. We’re in high season now and still only locals 95%. Thailand in comparison is jam packed right now with tourists.

Looks like a lovely place but the litter is frustrating I wonder how much goes into the sea, beutiful weather by the looks of things shame the houses are left unused 😊
It is June but the people need educating otherwise tourism will disappear completely. It’s already going south🥲

@@ParkinsonRaw loving it just waiting for right time as my lil baby is almost 10 month old haha we was in Philippines when he was 3 months only , been to 2 countries already 😂 its all about timing for me .. I got funds , but have a wife and family here in uk as my wife is a nurse for nhs and she's here on a work visa and awaiting british citizenship

If you're up for it consider doing a short video on "why kampot is my favorite city (town?) in cambodia" or your least favorite place in Thailand or cambodia. Another thing you might consider is a short interview with the locals, for example the Muslim ladies i see about. I didn't know there were Muslims there. Are they from Indonesia? What do they like and dislike about Cambodia or Thailand, etc...
Really enjoy your content, calm demeanor and hints of a mischievous nature. You also have a steady hand with the cam which is good!
Thank you mate, I have to stay a couple of days ahead of the channel to allow for Wi-Fi, problems and weather etc. I’m still uploading tomorrow’s vlog now and it 12.30am. I travel tomorrow early morning to Vietnam.
I’ll be honest it’s very hard to get people to talk to the camera , they rather shy off or an enormous language barrier otherwise I would definitely do that. I’ve said many times my favourite place in Thailand is Kanchanaburi and in Cambodia is Kampot. To do a vlog on them would just be repetitive now to be honest. I think I mentioned it in this vlog or tomorrow’s that Kampot is my Kanchanaburi in Cambodia.
I cram so much into each vlog now as I’m on a short timeline between destinations, I can’t risk putting people off being repetitive. Thanks for the heads up though👍🏻
@@ParkinsonRaw i agree with all you said but, short one or 2 minute videos can attract viewers to your longer videos. Think of them as trailers. In any case safe travels and looking forward to your time in Vietnam.

I didn't mate unfortunately, its on my list for next time. i'm on a tight timeline to get through Vietnam also and be back to thailand for christmas. This is a vlog on the most beautiful place on this trip. Im sure Koh Rong will be top when i return.
