I want to cry when he said "Just as long as I'm around, I'm going to sing this Champion sound". The youth could sing on the spot. Hes singing to the Carpenter's tune. I haven't heard this before. He actually sang "Ring thr Alarm" on the spot and won in the contest. He had tuuuunes and an unbelievable voice. No one could have seen him dying like that a few years later. I was 1 so did not know him but it's so sad. I loved my countrymen Reggae singers but there's a special place in my heart for this youth

I think that's how he passed. He stood up and told the truth. He's resting in God's arms now. His son is a basketball player. He has grandkids. That's really nice
In response to ralhar 35, can you say what is the tittle of that Jammy's interview when he said Tensor Saw was too violent. If I can see or listen that for myself, I would believe you as Saw was a peaceful yute who sings about love and unity.
I agree he was peaceful. His mother said it, other people said it too that he was kind and gave out his money, shared his food, had compassion for others because where he came from people suffered and strove to survive. He had a great kindness in his heart. You can hear it. However, there was a lot of violence and conflict in those times and fight for survival and it was bound to affect him. I love this man and am proud of him so I can't imagine his family when I did not know him. It grieves me when I hear his songs, his voice, his interviews, like how did that happen to him? It should not have. I see a year and think 2 more or 4 more years later and he's gone. It's crazy
@@AS-wj1du he would invite Yami Bolo into his home and give him dinner, a violent angry person wouldn't do that. Tenor Saw probably stood his ground but I highly doubt he was a "violent person"
@@AS-wj1du yes his mom says he was a very nice young man and as a child she would've taken him everywhere she goin she never mentioned him as violent.she says he 💘 🎵 love to sing and u can hear it in his voice the 🎵 industry is not easy especially as a young man trying u will always have challenges jealously etc may his soul R.I.P. its sad the way he go i read where his leg's was broken his head was bashed in my god.some people saying it was a hit and run i don't believe it was i think it was murdered and left him by the wayside to rotten the 💙 of human is wicked also his death is still not solved why?i don't get this is heart broken a very talented youth got knock out like that and nothing become of it .😳😞
