Ended up being a bad analysis’ lol. Fsu has two guys that can win a game for them. Jordan Travis picked lsu apart. And Jared verse was a animal. Fsu isn’t a “ little bit better “ they are ALOT better on both sides of the ball. And lsu receivers had a average game. Give fsu some respect
I mean... lsu dropped 2 punt returns and florida still almost lost. They're both probably going to mediocre bowls this season.

Everything you listed are reasons why Florida is also kinda bad. Picked apart is kind of a stretch. And the only place they looked "ALOT" better is special teams.
But that said, LSU is much more bad, and I literally can not remember a game where Ive seen a team's Special Teams do worse. Brian Kelly is a fuckwit who killed a kid at ND.

Holy crap how off this prediction ended up being, FSU oline was very good, the stadium was 50/50, the LSU receivers were bottled up the whole time, I mean FSU dominated in every phase of this game besides special teams where both teams sucked
Well this prediction held up well, didn't it? FSU's o-line neutralized LSU's d-line and LSU's receiver corps was fairly absent until the 4th quarter and quite frankly, FSU's receivers had a far better. If CMN doesn't make the stupid decisions he made on FSU's last possessions of each half, FSU wins this game by 2 possessions. I hope he makes better decisions going forward; can't count on st blocking 2 kicks in a game.

Coach Atkins has done an amazing job with the O line. He is the goods.
LSU has more talent straight up. Florida State has more experience in most positions. This game will come down to whose offensive line can give the qb time. I think this will be low key one of the best games of the year regardless who wins. I think it's gonna be close. GO NOLES!

LSU fan here. No one is Louisiana knows if we can run. We don't know who our starter is, we can guess confidently, but at the end of the day it is still a guess. We don't know who our center is, we can guess, but same as QB. We don't know about our secondary. We really only know that we have good receivers.
But what we expect from what we have seen, is that this is a better run team than last year. Managerial wise that is. I think we found our guy, Brian Kelly is exactly what LSU needed.
Y’all have a good D line and a good receiving core. Let’s see if it helps y’all. I still think my noles will win since our coach has his system already implemented for a couple of years. Vs Brian Kelly having his first game with his system.
Brian Kelley did announce the o line starters, garret dellinger is gonna be center, however he has never snapped in a game before. Gonna be a fun game excited and nervous to see what happens

This is a tough game to call I think. LSU has more talent but there is alot of unkonws with a new coach for game one. FSU is probably the best they have been in 4 years but still not sure if it will be enough. Hopefully a good game.

FSU fan here, I’m just exited to be in the dome and watch my Noles from the Taco Bell Liv Mas student section and hope they can keep it close! I can’t even predict how this game will go, so many question marks. That’s why I love week 1! No preseason. Week 0 for FSU was like another practice. I take that game with the smallest grain of salt.

It baffles me honestly that they still think our O-line isn’t improved. After playing 14 o linemen last week against the dukes. We went 4deep. So keeping it 2 deep and playing those starters is awhole different ball game. LSU was terrible against the run last year. But of course theirs some bias here for the SEC. Go Noles. 31-21

They have tremendously upgraded their receivers and Jordan Travis has one of the best deep balls in the acc, and they have brought in a lot of solid guys for our o line, so I think if JT has time to throw, we could see an upset, it is their first game under Kelly so you really don’t know how they are gonna perform with a whole new offense, I’m taking the noles 35-28

Injuries on the interior? Kayden Lyles is hurt but by all accounts he wasn't going to start. Maurice Smith was hurt but hes been practicing this week. This dude talks about fsu oline but this is a new season and fsu has more experience and added some transfers on the oline. Noles win Sunday. Keep playing your percentages JP. Massive FSU fan here but Im not gonna act like this game cant get sideways in LSUs favor but yeah I kinda rolled my eyes when he brought up the injury thing. Seemed a bit one sided and misleading for people who dont follow FSU closely or aren’t a fan. Its not dooms day like he tried to make it seem folks. LSU still had the matchup advantage but hopefully this will be a fun one regardless

It's been pretty obvious the last few weeks that JD would be the starter. As for Nuss he is a playa and it will show when he hits the field sunday night.
I don’t understand why FSU fans (let alone anyone outside of Tallahassee) keep crowning Travis as this program savior of a QB. I don’t think he’s ever thrown for 300 yards, and most of the time he’s thrown for less than 200. That’s putrid. Plus, the hedging out of Tallahassee is “Well, if Travis is healthy then x, y, z,” but part of the reason he can’t stay healthy is because he’s a WR pretending to be a QB. The only hay he makes is running for his life. Of course he’s going to get hurt. It’s not bad luck when your game plan is to run a him like a feature back and then wonder why those hits are adding up.

Yes the OL is a work in progress still, but it is light years better than it's been and has more depth than it has in years. I believe they will perform far better on Sunday than most are currently giving them credit for.
They found a way to win games last year with a line that wasn't as good. I'm pretty sure FSU can figure out a way to win even more games this year. I have FSU showing a few surprises this game and winning.
I don’t think you realize how good this lsu defensive line is. This could literally be the best line in the country, and that’s not hyperbole. Mason smith is already mocked as a top 15 player for next years draft. Jacquelin Roy is mocked as a top 10 player in multiple pff drafts. Bj ojulari is mocked as a first or second round pick in this years draft according to literally everyone. And Ali Gaye has been LSUs most dominant defensive player for the past two years when he’s on the field, his issue has been health. I hope Florida state’s line holds up bc if they do, this could be a good game. But lets not act like there isn’t a chance that they may get absolutely destroyed.

Not to mention 99% of what you're talking about is based off small sample sizes and "potential" that yet to be consistently proven on the field, and the PFF grades back that up. They very well may be among the best in the nation, won't disagree with that at all. But the unknowns are of note, and we do see Clemson each year as well, so it's not like we haven't recently encountered DLs full of 5 stars. Point is we know it's gonna be a very tough challenge to block these guys, but I do believe most will be surprised by how well the Noles line competes against them.

Ojulari played maybe a quarter and a half, Maason Smith and Jacobian Guillary played a couple of series and Ali Gay didn't even play in the game. So no its not the 3rd stringers that played K-State nor the Wideout at QB. LSU made a bowl game with 31 scholarship players eligible for K-State. Almost beat Bama and could've easily been 8-4 if Orgeron gave a shit. While the Noles lost to an FCS school.
