Ok so there's things that can happen such as: maybe you do not have experimental switches on in settings because sometimes it needs to be turned on for it to work. Another reason it may not work is because the version of the shader. Hope this helps!

Like use poggy's luminous dreams and make sure to go on experiments and on the last on render dragon for creators feature to use the shader and when you're in the world go to settings the ln video and at the last you will find fancy or simple turn it on the deferred technical preview the game I'll freeze because it take some seconds to load the shader into it but it rarely work on Android 10 it worked on mine but if you have like Android 10 - 12 you're game will not crash and you'll see some great fps on Android 12 Hope that helps and it took me 30mins tp right sooooooo pls like my comment :)
