This drama was an emotional rollercoaster. I laughed, I cried, and I fell in love with Gunnie! I missed his long hair when they cut it and I loved his laugh. It always cracked me up. 😂 This is one of my favorite Kdramas. (I have many) but can't believe I kept putting this one off!

This was like the realist fake drama I've seen and I'm not just talking about a Korean drama but as a drama show in general. I don't know but I felt like it depicted a true story and the actors who played the characters actually went through this. The acting was so good in my opinion. So far this is the only drama that gets me in my feelings every time I see any scene from the show. I can feel the tears now so beautiful 😅😢😍

uhh depends. Like no one dies or anything but the ending is good. Its uncompleted cause you might wish for a different ending but the ending itself is standard for a kdrama.
I actually found the ending to be perfect. Obviously your left with wanting more but it is the ending so it has to end somehow lol Overall the drama is the BEST I have ever seen and I have seen my fair share.

This kdrama is the best i´ve ever seen, well maybe at the end it became slow, but the first phase is just brilliant, Jang Huyk amazed me, how he can be an excelent comedian and drama actor, he made me laugh and cry! I also loved how they showed the suffering of a father, of a men, when they lost a child. just, AMAZING

I know of two people that this song fits so well. They love each other so deeply but because of circumstances they have to separate in life. It is so SAD, and like this movie they have to bury that love deep within their hearts, and keep moving on. Sometimes life isn't fair. Ailee, your voice has always been so beautiful that you put your feelings into your music, we can feel the hurt. Thank you, great singing as always.

There are lots of emotional scene that will breaks your heart in this film, so touching they both shine delivering heavy emotional lines, that captured your heart, for me the breaking points that made me cried the most,was when jang hjuk visited jang Nara's hospital bed and was crying saying I'm sorry in tears it breaks my heart', he then knew that it is going to be his last to see her, he already created a wall for them because of his genetic disease pushing min yeong away also hurting him,and hiding his pain in the secret room, they both suffered emotionally and has to deal the pain of separation, his denial only want to protect the woman he love the most,he never stopped loving her,this film has taken me so far never get tired of rewatching it countless times, the cast the story lines the ost just perfect the directors has also a big role executing perfect screen hots off for them all,fated to love you was created only for Jang yhuk and jang nara perfect chemistry no One can beat them
In my opinion Lee Gun's love for Mi Young is deeper than Sera. He fell in love with her when they are still in Macau, it develops more and more when they live together until she became his whole world already. Love this drama so much with great actors! Number 1 in my kdrama list!
he didn't know he fell in love with Mi Young already in Macau, to be honest l think Hyuk Subconsciously liked Nara in this drama So we didn't feel that he loved his girlfriend Sara in acting , they seem like are friends more than a couple.
I have no words for how upsetting these scenes were, like although it was a drama and was fake, the acting and music and everything together was just woah.

Watched this drama in 2014, 2 years later watched it two more times and it still gets to me. It is so impressive how such a short amount of episodes can get to you with these high quality actors and let me not get started on that storyline; perfection! Jang Hyuk and Nara are the gods of actors in the Korean drama world and I have never seen a drama reach this level of awesomeness! THIS IS THE BEST KOREAN DRAMA PERIOD! Not to mention that the song choices for the drama were intense and fit perfectly with the drama. I was thoroughly impressed in every sense.
How can I just watched this drama in 2021 😭😭😭 i lost my babies 2x in 2012'13 when they were 3 months old in my tummy.this drama remind me to the hardest phased in my life.i depressed n I almost wanted to end my life.took 5 years to overcome the pain. You're an amazing person to be able to finish this drama, and survived. Dont worry about watching this in 2021. thats not a problem. Cry..and cry some more...until you are healed. Because it is sad. One of the saddest drama of all time. Drink some water...dont forget to eat...have a good sleep. Then, live a good life. May nothing make you so sad anymore. I wish you a healthy life.

just finished watching this kdrama. this is a masterpiece! the lead couple is superb. they will make you really feel all the emotions depicted in all the scenes. i guess it will take me at least a month to get over this gem.
Have you watched Old Goodbye? It's a one-episode drama special of MBC's and the director there is also the director for Fated To Love You. I believe they aired it after FTLY around November. Both of them are the main leads 😄

I attempted to watch this drama back in 2016, I was young, just entering my 20s so didn't quite like it and stopped at episode 4. Resumed watching in 2021, totally in love with it... Watching it from an adult's POV, really love this drama 🥺

There are lots of emotional scene that will breaks your heart in this film, so touching they both shine delivering heavy emotional lines, that captured your heart, for me the breaking points that made me cried the most,was when jang hjuk visited jang Nara's hospital bed and was crying saying I'm sorry in tears it breaks my heart', he then knew that it is going to be his last to see her, he already created a wall for them because of his genetic disease pushing min yeong away also hurting him,and hiding his pain in the secret room, they both suffered emotionally and has to deal the pain of separation, his denial only want to protect the woman he love the most,he never stopped loving her,this film has taken me so far never get tired of rewatching it countless times, the cast the story lines the ost just perfect the directors has also a big role executing perfect screen hots off for them all,fated to love you was created only for Jang yhuk and jang nara perfect chemistry no One can beat them
In my opinion Lee Gun's love for Mi Young is deeper than Sera. He fell in love with her when they are still in Macau, it develops more and more when they live together until she became his whole world already. Love this drama so much with great actors! Number 1 in my kdrama list!

Watched this drama in 2014, 2 years later watched it two more times and it still gets to me. It is so impressive how such a short amount of episodes can get to you with these high quality actors and let me not get started on that storyline; perfection! Jang Hyuk and Nara are the gods of actors in the Korean drama world and I have never seen a drama reach this level of awesomeness! THIS IS THE BEST KOREAN DRAMA PERIOD! Not to mention that the song choices for the drama were intense and fit perfectly with the drama. I was thoroughly impressed in every sense.
