- Hi, Guys! In this video, we are taking you up in the mountains of Pakistan, to the small mountain resort (hill station) town of Murree.
We were really excited to spend some time away from the Pakistani sun, but before we jumped back on the road, we stopped at a delicious Afghanistan restaurant in Islamabad.
Once again, our driver Adnan came to the rescue and offered to keep our luggage while we were away and even drove us to the mountain resort himself. Adnan and his family had just moved into their lovely home, and despite having boxes and personal items all over the place, we were able to repack and bring warmer clothes for Murree.
Since it was only a short drive from Islamabad, we also took the time to do some book shopping before we headed for the mountains. We arrived to Murree in the evening and immediately noticed the temperature drop, which felt absolutely pleasant after spending such a long time in the scorching hot weather.

Early the next morning, while the rest of us stayed back at the house, Julia and Tyler decided to wander around Murree. Situated amidst the majestic mountains, this picturesque destination offers a serene and tranquil environment. With its lush greenery, pleasant climate, and captivating sights, Murree provides a perfect getaway from bustling city life. Visitors can wander through its scenic roads, savor local cuisine, and immerse themselves in the peaceful ambiance. Unfortunately, the day was quite foggy, so we couldn’t exactly enjoy the view. However, that was far from enough to stop Julia and Tyler from enjoying a chair lift ride. At the top, they met a nice family who invited them for coffee and tea, and they decided to accept the invitation. The people in Pakistan are extremely friendly and welcoming, so making friends was not hard at all.
At night, we headed for the popular Mall Road in Murree. Lined with hundreds of little shops and restaurants, it was the perfect way to spend the evening and grab some delicious Pakistani food and treats.

I have never been to South Asian Country Pakistan, but if i plan to come there, Would i receive The same hospitality as others receive? I am into pakistani people. The most affectionate, Convivial and chummy people i have ever seen. I dont know if i would get the same hospitality as you.❤

Recently i visited skardu gilgit baltistan,is most beautiful Valley.
A golf cart old fashioned car. 😂 This was good. Personally I think I would prefer Pakistan over India. Although Auroville and that one place with the modern mall with the silk place looked alright. Keep bringing the sunshine! 🌞
Pak & North-India are esentially the same place. But India has more variety like the South Coasts & North-East which is more like SE Asia.
And don't think they visited the Himalayas in India.
@@alani3992No they are not. Pakistan is a lot lot cleaner then North India. Everyone who has visited said that, also food wise Pakistan is meat paradise which westerners love. A lot of bloggers have complained that they mostly find Veg food in India. South India is good though with good non veg food and much cleaner then north

Muree is also known as the Resting Place of Mother Mary. Interestingly enough in 1898 a British garrison engineer wanted to destroy the shrine then suddenly he died in an accident. Which then caused local people to even further cement their belief that the shrine is in fact that of Mary the mother of Jesus.
