MIR is a great track for all cars especially for these Radial tire cars with the great track prep MIR has. Its a treat living next to this track and get to come all the time and watch them.
Great job and the cars were unreal fast. Nice car turn out and good to see the fans and other cars show up after work. I tip my hat to you for hanging in there when the 1 car did a wheel stand and looked like it was heading your way. Not an easy thing without risk. Thanks !!!!!
i been racing since i was sixteen been going to the track since i was 3 mir is fastest track on the east coast in my choice i love mir live right down the street it aint nothin like a outlaw drag radial car love em.

Yes these cars run 1/4 mile MIR has a race in Nov. (Import vs Domestic) which is all 1/4mile but many don't like running 1/4 due to the small tire and can be easy to get sideways and crash and MIR's shutdown area is almost 3/4 of a mile long.
"Zoomies" A flange on the header, you can adjust angle for down force, as in keeping the nose down on the other end when the timing and fuel curves peak, hard to steer with front end off the track at 180,
@tensecLT1 Teams started doing this a couple of years ago, they say it adds downforce on the car to make it run faster, I think that what its for. There called Bullhorns.

That stang at 6:30 is ridiculous. he's doin like 90 miles an hour then gets into boost and pulls the wheels. amazing
definitely, my favorite was at the beginning when kevin fiscus was going so fast his chute's ripped of upon deployment :)
