The whole curfew thingy is the most annoying thing . After paying so much you can’t even come to an apartment at certain times .
Exactly. Very annoying
Wow!! Great, great, great checklist 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿😀. Basically, avoid pressure from agents/landlords and save yourself from renters disaster!
Lol thanks

The way you've made moving out just clear from my eye top🥲🤡
Oh that’s not the plan o 😂😂
Hhmmm…. Renting renting renting… SMH! That curfew thingy is so real I tell you. I had that experience where I would go to work and school afterwards and get home at 10 or sometimes 11 depending on how fast I get a vehicle back. And in my exhaustion I’ll come and stand at the gate to the apartment and bang on the gate for close to 10 mins before the landlady would open up!! Hhaaa!! I do not wish that on anyone… horrible other experiences…. Hhmmm
I can imagine. Very sorry about that

Hi Antwiwaa, this is an insight video and I think you're doing a really great job out here.
On the subject of your Landlord having Unrestricted access to your apartment, I believe the reason is simple- This is to make sure that the tenant is keeping the property in good shape as well and also to find out if there's a need for any maintenance works to be done. It could also be for security reasons, thus to find out if the tenant is involved in any illegal activities or acts.
Well, I'm not saying this is a right or wrong thing to do but these routine exercises must be conducted with the tenant being present, and must be boldly stated in the tenancy agreement.
Fair
I love your content ❤️

Antwiwaa, it is facts you've spoken. If you can afford a good place, do so because sometimes following affordability will show you pepper.

Hi Eben
Hello Antwiwaa
The last point is what I’m struggling with right now 🤦🏾♀️ the place is even being run by a caretaker and when you want them to fix something he uses he mouth to do it and it’s soo annoying 🤦🏾♀️ been in the same apartment for over a year now and same things I complained about are still not done hmm I’ve decided not to give him full payments again until the things I want fixed are done…sometimes caretakers or landlords can really stress
Oh this is bad. I’m so sorry about that
Thank you…., we actually just did the back and forth this morning lol and I didn’t give him full payments he said he’ll be fixing the things this week so we’ll see…if he doesn’t I’ll just chop the money 😂😂😂(kidding)
Most people in the real estate business in Ghana are not truthful
