One of his songs that have impacted me, is the song someday, my son turned me on to him by texting me the song. He said listen to this song pops…unfortunately my son past away in a motorcycle accident on January 15 2023.

This was literally me. My grandmother who helped raise me died while I was deployed overseas. My family couldn't afford the gravestone. I paid for it and it took 2 years for me to see it for closure.

@@schylardavis4959 serving while afraid of death is insanely brave. and it’s absolutely amazing that there are still people that brave. but i do recommend talking it out with God. a relationship with Christ is really the only way to not fear death like that

I’m recovering from a car wreck died on the way to the hospital not stable enough to fly and be air transported. Was in there 46 days. Came out obviously mindsets different. This man is the definition of an ARTIST. He takes simple chords and melodies and creates masterpieces from them. He may be one of the best lyricists of this generation… His music just grabs you, and like a father having a real, deep talk with his son, it’s just what you need when you hear it.
