I'm on Xbox, and what I do there is that I make a new Xbox account every time I want to make a new account in GTA Online. When I do that, I get $4 million at the start.

I think you can do it there (not 100% sure because I’m on XBOX) or you can do it from within the game itself. There should be a spot for you to click to sign up in GTA Online, but I forgot exactly where

If you buy an auto shop you can bypass all the locks on the upgrades on vehicles
Should have gone with the hackushu drag and use teh free haos upgrade on it so that you can do the hsw races
This is a good way to see how being a new player is with only gta + like to see what rockstar adds is really helping new players.

As far as I know you can still transfer your character as long as your acc doesn’t have suspicious activities on it Ex. Selling Dupes or B2B glitch
