What resonates with me is I was brought up in a similar environment, less than a mile from Davy. We were quite poor, but David had nothing at all to lose by recalling his childhood environment. That's because he was loved, and he loved his family and neighbours when he was young. How can you forget that? Many entertainment stars would, in case it affected their careers. Give me strength.
I had never seen nor heard this before! tears for sure. I think of him often and even more now that my great niece and nephew have discovered the Monkees. You will always be missed Davy, Love you forever and a day.
