Cejudo fought good last night, given his circumstances. Won the first round, gassed in the second but still had good grappling exchanges, and did what he could in the 3rd with his arm. 37 is a terrible age in BW and of course a bad business decision, on his end, put him there but he’s still top 3 greatest UFC athlete in my book. Time to hang it up and start doing well for these young and upcoming athletes bro

Love and Respect for Triple C. Some walkouts you can feel, and when I heard "Am I wrong?", the emotion of how you felt going into this really shined. Sucks it didnt go your way, but still one of the most respected coaches and IQ's outside the cage.

Look Henry everything will be ok typically as you age life becomes harder and more humbling this is just a bump in the road and a life lesson that it is ok to lose and come back stronger. All the people on social media talking trash are not fighters just take your time to mourn your loss and shake off the embarassment as soon as you can. You have many options life is good you can come back for one more fight and go out with a win, you could get the ufc to release you so you can box, you can put all your effort into your amazing youtube channel. Really you could just simply enjoy your retirement this loss will be forgotten in the long run and you will only be remembered as a double champ and gold medalist. If you give it your all and you lose it's ok being humbled and embarassed just takes the pressure off of you and makes life easier after you get through it. Everything will be just fine.
