For me push ups are the worst. If I can get thru a few sets of push ups the rest is easy lol

@@the1445 but honestly, the fast ones were just to see how many I can do in a short amount of time
@@the1445 I actually grew my chest a lot by doing slow push-ups and I did a 10 minute push-up that actually gave me a lot of improvement
