All ministers should pitch for ministerial positions and the electoral commission should become an institution that vets those who have submitted credentials for ministerial posts. The IEBC should be reduced to an institute that conducts debates for candidates for ministerial positions. This is what changes the system because the problem in Kenya is a system problem and has very little to do with an individual. You have serious human rights violations and abuses that must be investigated. Those found responsible in the chain of command from the President Ruto down must be prosecuted by the State court in the alternative by the International Criminal Court. The killings, deaths, beating, brutality cannot be swept under the rug.
