Why people like comment on a video that is clearly showing high end real estate and talking bout what the average Jamaican can afford ? Clearly it’s not for the average Jamaican 🤷🏾♂️. Some people only want to see and hear negativity from Jamaican nothing else . I am glad to see these developments but To tell you the truth I can only be happy when the average Jamaican can live a decent enough standard of living that relatively few Jamaican desire to migrate. Lots of the individuals living in these developments make their money in Jamaica and keep it offshore. Hence we see great wealth being on display in Jamaica but very little development among the majority of the population
There are many places in Jamaica where people are throwing partners and building nice houses, you people behave like most Jamaicans are homeless.

Didn't know more land left in cherry gardens. It is the riches community in kingston area. Not a lot of land space around these luxury homes
