Not to burst the bubble...but got a lot of money? Property in Australia is one of THE most expensive in the world. A lot of these properties would be well into the millions. And these properties are absolutely aspirational and out of reach for most people. A two betdroom apartment alone in some areas of Sydney and Melbourne would cost you around the $900,000 to 1 mil mark. This is the sad truth about property and renovating in Australia. It is an obession for most, a burden for many and is seen as a buisness model and tax haven for the wealthy. Most Aussies are living with an enormous amount of household debt due to huge mortgages. Unless you can afford it or have property in the family, it's a struggle for most. Sorry to be the party pooper - I love Hunting for George, but this is sadly the reality.

I love your videos but the music going up and down constantly is almost unbearable. It's alright having it go up in between rooms, but you don't need to crank it anytime Lucy is looking or moving around. Some silence goes a long way.

I lived nearby for several years, in an apartment not much bigger than the main bedroom of this home 😛. It's a beautiful part of Melbourne.
Very beautiful, but I had to mute the entire video due to the music, ten times too loud, and probably unnecessary altogether.
It would be great if camera can follow around instead of wide shot being used when Lucy is describing some feature, kitchen island, range cooker, pool view from butler's kitchen,etc.
We try to show more close ups and specific elements in the second half of the video. ⚡

You didn't mention the ton of storage in the mirrored cabinets in the ensuite bathroom. I have similar in my bathroom and I absolutely love it as it hides all the paraphernalia, toileteries, toilet rolls, cleaning products etc and doubles as a mirror too, yet is only 150mm deep so takes up no room at all.
Bit too much white for my liking. I prefer your house they way you used some colour. Think this house could benefit from a bit of colour in some of the rooms so it doesn't look so sterile and is a bit more homely.
Love the amount of storage in every room which shows a lot of thought has gone into the design as there are loads of places to hide away possessions and leave the rooms looking uncluttered, which is most peoples dreams these days.
Love that they have an Ikea stool in the butlers pantry/bar area.

Love this but I found the camera man work to be a bit weird, we can't see the full space in the bathroom and closet in the master bedroom like why isn't it film 360°?
I think out of all the houses I've seen I like this the least. On a massive Malvern block but it really feels like a house + extension and doesn't know what it wants to be. Upstairs seems cramped due to little natural light due to the small windows due to planning restrictions. I guess you have to make some compromises if you are fitting 7 people in a house! I love some of the features, but overall I felt like the house was being sold to me in this video. Also agree with others that the sound track used in this one probably wasn't the right one to pick to go from hi-low-hi all the time, something a little less stark would be good.

The styling is quite conservative, but I generally like the layout and how they've used the space. The colour palett could be more interesting, but this way it will never date.

Yes, whenever you put one finger on a wall dust and dirt from the air will gradually adhere to the naturally occurring sebum that transfers to whatever you touch. You can’t see a dirty fingerprint straight away, it appears gradually. My mother was always extremely upset when us kids touched the walls 😀 she just got tired of washing the walls down all the time .
