i have similar controller but default password is 1919 and to get into the other settings, its a quick double tap on the power button once the unit is on. I have a battery that says 48V 960Wh but I set the display to 24V, I'm not sure if this is correct or not?
My pas is set to 3 by default and for some reason it doesn't save my changes. I can change assist speed no problems but the pas lvls won't stick. Any thoughts?

yeah mine has a clock if you press power, but dunno how to change time either and isn't in the manual?? weird huh?
what does the "ube" setting @ 2:43 do?? its before the 0-3 pas option
